{eight} Sorted??

I still have plans for 2 more of these jobs tomorrow......but we'll see.....
 

1. Sort and clean out cookbooks
2. Clean out 'junk' bookshelf
3. Sort out small bookshelf....see a theme happening here?
4. Clean and condition Leather couch.
5. Clean oven
6. Pack away box of party gear....yes it is still out from Aden's party over a month ago!
7. Take wool blanket to Dry cleaners
8. Pack away winter jumpers and coats into Vac-bags
9. Pack away winter blankets into Vac-bags
10. Tupperware....need I say more?
11. Clean out plates/cups cupboard and resort into accessible piles
12. Clean out under kitchen sink cupboard
13. Pantry....need I say more?
14. Defrost the chest freezer
15. Do Tax
16. Finish pregnancy scrapbook
17. Make photobook of Aden's 3rd birthday party
18. Make Hubby clean out spare room cupboard - I tried.....
19. Cull stuff from under the bathroom sinks
20. Make a swimming bag......so I'm not chasing togs and towels each week!
21. Clean out Laundry
22. Make a design wall in the sewing room
23. Tidy sewing room.....again!
24. Sort out 2nd kitchen draw
25. Clean off top of cupboards in kitchen
26. Tackle the garage shelves.....yikes!
27. Sort the filing cabinet -  3 huge bags of shredded paper and quite a few hours to do this one!
28. Piles and piles of photos.....get them sorted
29. Put video files on to DVD's
30. Buy an Ipod and find out how to transfer CD's.....Car I'll need your help!! Bought a Gallaxy Tab instead but should be able to use it for music!

Can I just say I love that "finish pregnancy scrapbook" is directly above "Aden's 3rd birthday book". It makes me feel less alone in my procrastination...

Here is it....sorry it is late!! I thought I had another day to go!! What happenend to Tuesday?? {3rd Birthday} Octonauts party

It has been a week two weeks since Aden's Octonauts party and I think I have recovered enough to post about it. Special thanks to my sister for gabbing my camera and my MIL and SIL for their cameras, as I didn't take any all day! Aden is a massive Octonauts fan! So when he didn't go for my initial plan of a 'Monsters' Party ( too scary Mummy!) we decided on Octonauts. I did a lot of Internet searching and looking at a lot of Pintrest posts to gather all my ideas together.  There was lots of party food including Octonaut Cupcakes. Cake toppers from Ebay  And a Kwazii cake as requested by the birthday boy! I totally forgot to put on the Octopus I had for his hat!! We also had yellow/green/blue jelly cups with turtles in them and smarties cookies. As well as regular party food and hot finger food for the adults. Mummy wiping Aden's face before having cake photos! We had balloons, a birthday banner and streamers.

Bloggers Quilt Festival - Spring 2010

Amy is hosting a Quilt Festival! You get to see so many beautiful quilts all in the one place in the comfort of your own home...or work desk as the case may be! All you have to do is share a quilt you have made! I'm going to share this quilt.... from a pattern yes but I loved making it! Choosing the fabrics was fun...playing with colours mixing them up...changing my mind...I tried to be true to life but it ws hard with the bright fabrics... I had a border dilema that was fixed by some helpful friends! Progress pic... All the animals finished Of course it helps to love a quilt when your making it for a very special little girl! I'm keen to make this one again...just to play with the fabrics!!
