Quilt-a-long Panel Quilt Part 3

Join the diamonds end-to-end, making two rows of 9
Using scant 1/4 inch seams and pinning helps to not chop off the points of the diamonds!
Again using a scant 1/4 unch seam allowance add the diamond to each side of the panel.

Here is it....sorry it is late!! I thought I had another day to go!! What happenend to Tuesday?? 12 WIP's in 2012

Have you got a quilt top that needs backing and binding? A pile of half-finished blocks? A Table Runner that needs quilting? Some Quilting Bee blocks that require putting together? A husband that thinks you have too many projects on the go at once? Got a pile of WIP’s you’d like to see finished? I say YES to all of the above and if you do too why not join me on a 12 WIP’s in 2012 challenge! Starting in January you can challenge yourself to finish 1 WIP a month. Amy is hosting a Quilt Festival! You get to see so many beautiful quilts all in the one place in the comfort of your own home...or work desk as the case may be! All you have to do is share a quilt you have made! I'm going to share this quilt.... from a pattern yes but I loved making it! Choosing the fabrics was fun...playing with colours mixing them up...changing my mind...I tried to be true to life but it ws hard with the bright fabrics... I had a border dilema that was fixed by some helpful friends! Progress pic... All the animals finished Of course it helps to love a quilt when your making it for a very special little girl! I'm keen to make this one again...just to play with the fabrics!!
